Incredibly comfortable beds ensured restful sleep. The modern showers were a good touch.

My pets and I appreciated being there. My double room with central heating, an electronic key card, and TV was new-fashioned. The location of this exceptionally comfortable hotel was marvellous, to S bahn. A night club was also easy to reach...

The staff are polite and competent, everyone.

Clean rooms, an helpful staff, especially for anyone visiting the Christmas markets. The proximity to the regional train station made commuting into the city easy, and the nearby restaurants, including a McDonald's just a minute away, are quite convenient. The bar area felt a bit cramped, and there could be improvements in the dining options beyond basic fare, as I was hoping for more variety like risotto. The check-in process was efficient, made settling in easy.

The staff members were all amicable and excellent. We had the twin room provided with a comfortable bed, a nice view and smooth linen. The price was £ 34.

The room was super spacious and impeccably clean 🤩 The comfy bed. Just a bummer about the parking fees, though!

Unfortunately, the room I initially received was cold, and the heating system seemed to malfunction, leaving me feeling uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the bathroom was below my expectations as there were some stains, made me question if it had been properly sanitized. Despite it being a relatively short stay, I experienced challenges with the limited parking available, which forced me to walk a distance to find a spot.

The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, with lovely curtains that block out light effectively. The good WiFi connection and working TV added to the convenience of my stay. The hotel is accessible via train and bus, beneficial for work-related travel.

The lack of a table and chair in the room was a significant inconvenience.
